BlacT ACT Test Tube

BlacT ACT tubes use celite (diatomaceous earth) as an activator and can monitor patients undergoing procedures requiring administration of moderate to high heparin concentrations. It uses two CC of whole blood. You can start testing by inserting the tube into the Hemonart CompactOne 9 test well. Blood must be mixed with celite inside the tube before testing. Monitor the clotting time on the screen simultaneously. Tubes must be stored at room temperature.
